We are different because we charge less but still offer the same care as some of the bigger companies. Our property management agreement gives the homeowner choices on how he/she wants certain areas of the management handled from being completely hands off to being involved in some decision making. Carolina living Real Estate was established in 2004 as SLS Properties LLC, doing general Real Estate activities and property management. In late 2009, new management took over and the property management division has since grown 400%. The current leadership has 30+ years of management and Real Estate experience and has positioned Carolina Living Real Estate to be one of the major players in both Property Management and Real Estate Sales throughout the Lake Norman and Charlotte areas.
